Museu da Cerveja

Culture, gastronomy and a journey through the flavours of Portuguese beers.
Opened to the public in 2012, the Museu da Cerveja is a restaurant and a true beer route through all of Portugal’s regions, in one of Europe’s largest squares – Lisbon’s Terreiro do Paço. Inside you can enjoy a guided tour of the museum, which shows Portugal’s legacy to the world and celebrates the history of beer produced in the country’s various regions.

Bring out your inner explorer and experience an adventure through the story of Pedro, Margarida, Manuel and Luísa, who, on an expedition to the beach, discover the wonders that these floating beings make possible!

An All-Day Tasting Experience

On the 3rd day of the ICAB event, we want to make the day even more creative, so during the meal times – Coffee-Breaks and Lunch – we invite all participants to discover the gastronomic potential of algae through a menu specially created for the occasion, with algae-based food and beverages prototypes!

From innovative snacks to main courses and surprising desserts, this unique experience combines flavour, nutrition, and sustainability, highlighting algae as a key ingredient for the future of food.
